Authorities in Florida have carried out a significant drug bust in Jacksonville, removing a substantial amount of illegal drugs and firearms from various neighborhoods. The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office (JSO) carried out this operation in Arlington, the Eastside, and the Southside, working in coordination with multiple units including Narcotics, Intelligence, SWAT, and Gang Investigations. During the drug bust in Jacksonville, law enforcement seized an impressive array of contraband, including approximately 303.5 pounds of marijuana, 37.25 pounds of marijuana wax, and 3.3 pounds of marijuana edibles. In addition, they recovered 12.4 pounds of THC oil, 7.2 grams of MDMA, and 309.5 grams of unidentified pills. Officers also confiscated $11,530 in cash and secured a total of 13 firearms.
