California – On January 3, at approximately 12:30 pm, Officer Tuss from the Fairfield, CA Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of Cement Hill Road and East Atlantic Ave for a vehicle code violation.
Upon contacting the driver, Officer Tuss developed probable cause to search the vehicle. Inside he located a loaded pistol, suspected marijuana for sale, a bullet proof vest, a scale, currency, and suspected narcotics for sale.
Based upon the above-mentioned evidence located, Officer Tuss authored a search warrant for Wise’s residence.
A few hours later, at around 5 pm, Fairfield Officers served said warrant. Inside the home officers located additional firearms, a scale, and an electric currency counter.
The driver, identified as Fairfield resident Namari Wise, was ultimately arrested for the illegal firearm and drugs located inside of his vehicle.
He was transported to County Jail.
