U.S.-based Acreage Holdings Inc., a leading provider of integrated cannabis cultivation and distribution services across multiple states, has reported the resignation of its CEO, Peter Caldini, set to take effect on June 30, 2023.
Expressing gratitude and admiration for Caldini’s contributions, Kevin P. Murphy, the chairman and founder of Acreage, stated, “Peter’s tenure was characterized by exceptional leadership and achievement of strategic milestones, including leading Acreage through pivotal moments and substantial transformation. The COO of Acreage, Dennis Curran, will step in as CEO starting July 1, 2023. Curran, who joined Acreage in March 2022, carries over 35 years of leadership experience in sales, distribution, and marketing, having previously held top-tier positions at GSK Consumer Health and Procter & Gamble.
