The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) has apprehended 10 individuals linked to a series of marijuana grow site robberies and a homicide that took the life of a 53-year-old man in January.
In Okfuskee County, five of the suspects have been charged with homicide and robbery, while the other five face robbery charges in Stephens County, as reported by the OSBI.
The OSBI released the names of the suspects last Friday:

On January 7, 2024, at the request of the Okfuskee County Sheriff’s Office, the OSBI began investigating a crime scene along Highway 48 and East 1020 Road near Castle, Oklahoma.
Upon arrival, deputies discovered Harry Dam, 53, deceased from a gunshot wound. Additional victims were found at the scene suffering from physical assault.
It was determined by Special Agents that the location operated as a marijuana cultivation site and was forcibly entered by multiple suspects.
A subsequent request for OSBI assistance came on January 27 from the Stephens County Sheriff’s Office to look into another robbery at a different cultivation site. This led to the identification of various suspects involved.
From March 7 to April 24, multiple law enforcement agencies, including the OSBI, executed a series of arrests concerning the identified suspects.
On March 7, arrests were made by OSBI special agents, Stephens County investigators, Texas Rangers, Waco Police Department, and Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport Police Department in Texas. Arrested were Yi Lee, 50; Justin Stewart, 31; Artist Stewart, 36; Ricky Harris, 45; and Timothy Evans, 29. Shortly after, 35-year-old Andre Dawson was also detained. These individuals face charges related to the robbery in Stephens County.
On April 24, further arrests were made by OSBI special agents along with the United States Marshals Service and the Oklahoma City Police Department. Dillon Brown, 24; Isavier Dawkins, 18; Holland Mason, 38; and Kayla Green, 23, were taken into custody in Oklahoma City. These four, along with Lee, have been charged in relation to the homicide and robbery in Okfuskee County.
The OSBI has stated that their investigation is ongoing.
